We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programming Projects Coordinator to join our team, supporting the successful planning and delivery of exhibitions. Working within a dynamic cultural institution, this role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on innovative and engaging exhibitions, from initial concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination of all aspects of exhibition delivery, including logistics, scheduling, contractor liaison, and budget tracking.

  • Support the curatorial and programming teams in research and documentation tasks.

  • Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring key deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to support exhibition set-up, marketing, interpretation, and public programming.

  • Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and project briefs as required.

  • Provide administrative support, including the arrangement of travel, accommodation, and shipping for exhibitions and related events.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of exhibition-related events and private views.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a cultural or creative organisation, preferably in a similar exhibitions, events, or programming support role.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and flexible approach to work.

  • Competency with project management and office software (e.g., MS Office, Trello, or similar).

Desirable:

  • Interest in contemporary culture, design, or international exhibitions.

  • Experience liaising with artists, designers, or curators.

  • Knowledge of exhibition production processes.
