Are you a creative, detail-driven project manager with a passion for exhibition production and cultural programming?
We are seeking a Programming Projects Production Manager to lead the planning and delivery of world-class exhibitions. Based in Kensington, this full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee exhibition builds and installations, working closely with a dynamic programming team and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage the full lifecycle of exhibition production, from planning to installation and maintenance.

Liaise with UK and international partners to ensure the highest standards in design, logistics, health and safety, and artwork care.

Coordinate shipping, insurance, and contractor services.

Produce and manage technical drawings and layouts.

Oversee exhibition budgets and maintain accurate records.

Ensure sustainability targets are met through reuse and recycling.

Monitor and maintain display conditions, handling procedures, and object security.
What You’ll Need:

A degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years' experience in exhibition production or a similar role.

Proficiency in English and advanced Japanese reading/listening skills.

Strong knowledge of technical plans and modelling software (Vectorworks, 3D modelling).

Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.

A working knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and budget management.

A genuine interest in cultural programming and cross-cultural collaboration.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential but Great to Have):

International shipping and customs knowledge (Carnets, NIRU)

IOSH, project management, or art handling certification

Experience in museum, heritage, or arts institutions

Experience working in intercultural or cross-border teams
