What Were Looking For
We're seeking aclear leaderwho is confident in their abilities, passionate about hospitality, and eager to develop a high-performing team through regular training, appraisals, and strong communication.
Youll be responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day operations with confidence and charisma
- Motivating and developing a close-knit front-of-house team
- Maintaining high standards in service, cleanliness, and compliance
- Supporting and delivering team training and development plans
- Drivingdrinks salesand engaging in creative promotions
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to consistently
- Working closely with senior management on venue strategy and growth
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role within hospitality
- Solid experience in bar service and confident in the making of drinks
- Holder of aPersonal Licence
- C1 level Englishor higher strong verbal and written communication is essential
- Experience with team development, training, and appraisals
- A keen interest in growing within the company and progressing professionally
- Comfortable working in and supporting anLGBTQ+ environment experience in this space is highly valued.
