  • Provide executive assistant support to department heads including complex diary, inbox, and meeting management
  • Prepare high-quality presentations in coordination with creative and business development teams
  • Arrange UK and international travel with detailed itineraries
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support departmental budgeting and expense management processes
  • Minute team meetings and track follow-up actions
  • Organise internal and external events from planning to execution
  • Assist with CRM updates and client engagement initiatives
  • Provide operational support on projects such as relocations, facilities, and IT
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Ideally you will have 3+ years of experience in an EA/PA or operations role
  • Please note, as this is a contract, you will need to be immediately available or on short notice
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with modern workplace tech
