- Support the General Manager in running daily operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
- Deliver excellent guest service and maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations.
- Help drive sales, performance, and team progression.

- Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- £32,000£35,000 salary
- 28 days paid holiday.
