- Lead service across a high-volume, multi-offer venue
- Drive standards across floor, guest experience, and team culture
- Motivate and support FOH teams to deliver warm, efficient service
- Build strong relationships with food traders and internal departments
- Deliver against commercial targets and daily operations
- Maintain control and energy across both opening and closing shifts
