You will play a key role insupporting daily operations,training and empowering the team, and ensuring that every detail, from thefood display and table settingsto thefresh flowers and atmosphere,reflects our commitment to quality, warmth, and authenticity.

• Support the General Manager in the smooth daily running of the café-lounge.

• Deliver warm, personalised service that reflects the needs of our local guests.

• Lead, train, and motivate the team to consistently high standards.

• Maintain impeccable presentation across all areas, food displays, tables, décor, and live plants.

• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Contribute ideas that enhance both the guest experience and team culture.

• Take pride in maintaining a welcoming, community-centred environment.

• Proven experience as anAssistant Manager,Supervisor, or similar hospitality role.

• Natural leadership skills and a genuine love of service.

• Strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and people skills.
