About the RoleAs Assistant Manager, youll be the heartbeat of the pub leading from the front, supporting the General Manager, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. This is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career and grow with one of the most dynamic pub groups in the UK.
Youll be responsible for:
Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of pub operations
Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver first-class service
Ensuring smooth daily operations from opening and closing to compliance and standards
Driving sales, managing stock, and ensuring every pint is poured perfectly
Bringing the Whelans energy to every shift live music, lively atmosphere, and great people
