We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team at this iconic London location which has been a destination for music makers for over 90 years.Which hosts some of the worlds greatest artists, producers, composers and musicians.
This role offers the chance work in Abbey Roads restaurant and in-studio dining offering; a hub that which sits at the heart of the Studios home for our team and creative community.
To ensure customers are served in a friendly and efficient manner and the staff restaurant is set up to the highest standards expected from Lexington, customers, and the client

Responsibilities:
- Motivating and managing a team
- Controlling and managing a budget
- Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
- Proven experience of successfully managing a team and a problem solver
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence
- A strong team player, highly confident, pro active and positive
- Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised
- Previous experience within catering desirable
- Barista trained
- Attention to details
