In this pivotal role, you'll be the key point of contact for prospective and current delegates, guiding them through the entire admissions journey - from registration to post-arrival support. You'll work alongside a supportive Client Relations Manager to ensure a smooth, personalised experience at every stage, while helping to drive strategic goals.

If you come from a hospitality background, your ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently, and create memorable client experiences will serve you well. Your familiarity with CRM systems and attention to detail will also help you thrive in this fast-paced, international environment.

?? About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiar with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Organised, adaptable and solutions-oriented
  • Culturally aware, with experience in international or multi-cultural workplaces
  • Goal-driven, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment

Bonus: Previous experience in hospitality or client-facing roles is highly desirable.

?? Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Client Relations:

  • Manage delegate registration, invoicing, CRM entry and communication
  • Provide timely and informative responses to all registration queries
  • Guide delegates through the enrolment process, including pre-arrival support
  • Maintain accurate admissions data and support deferred training cases
  • Offer a warm welcome and ongoing assistance during delegate stays

Programme & Course Support:

  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless course delivery
  • Assist with course scheduling and logistics
  • Collaborate with marketing to support promotional efforts

Administrative Duties:

  • Organise transfers, accommodation, and client activities
  • Represent the company at induction and welcome events
  • Ensure all delegate information is complete and accurate
