Whatever the occasion, you can expect an exceptional wine experience.
With an ever-evolving list of over 50 wines by the glass - ranging from wines from iconic wineries from the worlds most lauded regions, to underrated regions who are rapidly gaining critical acclaim as well as an extensive collection of bottles available to drink in or take away our wine list will be a playground for aficionados and, guided by our knowledgeable and passionate team, a voyage of discovery for wine-lovers eager to broaden their horizons.

We are now seeking an Assistant Manager for a new wine bar concept in Maida Vale, which is now fitting out.
Requirements:
At least two years of experience working in a wine-led restaurant or bar.
Passionate about expanding your wine knowledge.
Use your passion for wine to establish Cuvée Cru as the go-to destination for wine lovers.
A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for people and providing a joyful hospitality experience.
Excellent knowledge of our menus, ingredients, allergens and how to prepare the dishes.
Good understanding of wastage, stock management, costings, and GP
