Executive Assistant to CEO – Life Sciences – West LondonThe RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, high-performing C-Suite Executive Assistant to support the dynamic CEO of a cutting-edge life sciences company. The CEO, who has just relocated to the UK is a high-energy, mission-driven leader with a highly complex international schedule, multiple board responsibilities and he needs a trusted right hand to help him operate at top level.This role is pivotal to the firm, demanding a trusted EA with high emotional intelligence, who is resourceful and discreet with excellent attention to detail. You will be liaising with global board members, investors as well as global stakeholders, and you will provide key input into the business. This is a chance to make a real impact alongside a CEO who values collaboration, precision, and someone who enjoys being part of a dynamic team.Responsibilities
  • Manage an intense and ever-changing global calendar, ensuring seamless travel and meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate Board and Investor meetings including scheduling, logistics, venue sourcing, board packs and beyond.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO and provide concise notes
  • Regularly liaising professionally with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Stay on top of deliverables across multiple time zones, juggling shifting priorities with ease.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the CEO is fully resourced ahead of all his key engagements.
Who You Are
  • You’ve supported a C-suite executive, ideally in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • You have high EQ and naturally intuitive, energetic and can work at pace under pressure.
  • A natural multi-tasker, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • You understand board governance, investor relations, and the importance of diplomacy.
  • You thrive in a nimble, high-performance team – sleeves rolled up, zero ego.
  • A graduate and or medical background is a bonus but it’s not essential.
  • You have proven global travel and scheduling experience, with the ability to navigate frequent changes and time zones smoothly.
