Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO as a trusted advisor, managing daily priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate special cross-functional projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Support negotiations and management of legal and commercial outsourcing contracts, liaising with legal counsel and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline internal systems and workflows across the business group.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, board packs, and confidential correspondence.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and absolute confidentiality.
  • Proactively manage competing demands in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Represent the CEO with professionalism and authority in meetings and negotiations.

Requirements:

  • A degree is essential.
  • Exceptional intellect with a sharp commercial mindset and natural problem-solving abilities.
  • A background in law, consulting, private equity, investment, or high-growth businesses is advantageous.
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flawless organisational, written, and communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, maintaining a calm and composed demeanour under pressure.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
