We are seeking a proactive and experienced EA to support the International Sales Director, acting as their 'right hand person' and taking full ownership of business and personal tasks. You will have at least 2 years experience working as an Assistant, EA or PA with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

As an EA these tasks are by no means exhaustive, but reflect the main responsibilities involved in this role.

• Diary management and planning for both business and personal activities

• Providing in depth and detailed agendas daily and weekly for the Sales Director

• Organising complex travel and accommodation arrangements across the UK, US and Europe

• Arranging payment of services, budgeting, expenses and keeping records

• Organising all personal and business gifting where appropriate

• Researching and planning personal activities if and when needed

• Arrange, coordinate, and oversee events

The role is based in Mayfair, London working Monday - Friday. Working hours will be 10-6, but may be required to work out of hours if and when needed.
