Your new companyA leading property management and investment firm based in London's West End. Your new roleThis is an 11-month fixed-term contract covering a period of maternity leave. This role is hugely varied; you will provide support mainly to the Head of Legal but also to some of the wider executive team, including the CFO. Duties will include:

  • Diary management
  • Minute taking and distribution
  • Producing correspondence and documentation
  • Project management
  • Ownership of PO process and management
  • Organising and managing both domestic and international travel
  • You will also need to cover some office management duties, including being the first point of contact for visitors to the office, arranging company events and expense management.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in this role, you must have previous experience supporting senior executives. The ability to be able to work independently and manage upwards is essential in this position. What you'll get in returnA salary of up to £55k depending on experience.
