The Role

This is not your average EA position, it is an opportunity to work alongside, and learn from, the most senior support within a large global firm, ensuring the smooth running of key executive functions. Your organisational skills, discretion, and ability to adapt will help drive efficiency, uphold excellence, and ultimately contribute to global change.

You’ll be exposed to high-level decision-making, and high-level stakeholders, with opportunities to travel abroad.

Executive Support

  • Manage complex, changing calendars and coordinate across time zones Prepare agendas, minutes, briefing materials and follow-up actions Support senior-level meetings and liaise with high-profile stakeholders

Travel

  • Arrange international travel, visas, and itineraries — with occasional travel to provide on-the-ground support Ensure seamless logistics for global events and engagements

Inbox & Communications

  • Manage high-volume, confidential correspondence Draft professional emails and letters on behalf of leadership

Research

Conduct research and prepare concise briefing materials to support decision-making

Administration & Operations

  • Oversee expense reporting and invoice processing Maintain contact databases and support general office operations Step in for senior EAs when needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative

Experience & Attributes

  • Previous EA/PA experience at senior executive or government level
  • Ability to manage complex, international travel
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with high-level officials
  • Calm under pressure, with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • Familiarity with IT, MS Office and digital tools to streamline operations
  • Keen interest in global and current affairs
