Temporary Executive Assistant - 3 month contract
  • Location: 4 days on site /1 day WFH

My client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Group Investment Director, ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day activities. This role requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Group Investment Director, managing complex calendars, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and prioritising tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Work closely with the Business Manager to ensure alignment on tasks and responsibilities.
  • Manage the Director's inbox, ensuring efficient communication flow and timely responses to critical emails.
  • Prepare a summary of actions at the end of each day to keep the Director well-informed of the day's outcomes and pending tasks.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and preparing executive-level documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Board-level Director or C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of preparing executive-level documents and managing correspondence.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism, able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including experience with Microsoft packages and calendar management tools.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience within investment, asset management, or private equity firms.
  • Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and managing expenses in line with company policies.
  • Ability to plan and execute events, including internal meetings and leadership team activities.
