- Providing proactive and strategic diary and time management for two executives, anticipating needs and optimising their schedules
- Coordinating complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visas
- Tracking expenses and processing invoices
- Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Acting as a gatekeeper, filtering communications and prioritising requests
- Partnering with the Chief of Staff to coordinate CSO priorities and projects
- Building positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the wider office team with ad-hoc requests, including meeting coordination and logistics
- Assisting in planning and implementing team events and offsites
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of executive operations
- Minimum 5 years as an EA supporting c-suite level executives
- Must have experience working in a start-up
- Experience working in the media or technology industries would be preferred
