Tay Associates are partnered with a renowned boutique law firm in the heart of London’s legal district. They are seeking a professional proactive Executive Assistant who will be supporting the senior partners within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced diary and meeting coordination
  • Assisting with the preparation of board meeting packs
  • Organising both internal and external meetings
  • Managing logistics and travel
  • Managing requirements for hospitality
  • Assisting with the billing preparation and production
  • Expense management

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Flexible and adaptable mindset.
  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude
  • The ability to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
  • Recent demonstrable experience in a professional boutique working environment.
