Join Our Team as an Executive Assistant!
Are you an organised, proactive professional with a knack for multitasking? If so, we want you to be our next Executive Assistant! In this pivotal role, you'll support our client's Director and ensure the smooth operation of the Private Office in a dynamic environment.
Start ASAP, pay 21ph-23ph, hours Monday-Friday 36 hours per week, duration is for two months- with a possible extension, this is a hybrid working- one day a week in the office, location Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will be required to go through a DBS check before starting.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the Director's Diary:Proactively schedule and organise appointments, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Provide Administrative Support:Handle a variety of tasks, from logistical planning to document management, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Communicate Effectively:Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, promoting a positive image of the organisation.
- Collaborate with Teams:Work closely with Private Secretaries and other EAs/PAs to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Prioritise Tasks:Handle competing demands with grace, ensuring timely responses to urgent matters.
Essential criteria:
- Confident PA/EA with a proven track record of working at Director/Deputy Director level, ensuring the allocation of a Director's time is proactively managed, and aligns with strategic priorities.
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm when working in a fast-paced environment, with a patient and logical approach to analysing information effectively to solve problems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills with proven ability to identify priorities and actions efficiently and effectively without supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels and establish a strong rapport with.
