Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate Executive Assistant for an 11 month contract. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Coordinating and producing high standard correspondence and documentation, making full use of the available software (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, iManage and other applications).
- Correspondence may include: drafting memos, producing agendas and supporting packs, producing PowerPoint presentations, managing reports and formatting large documents whilst ensuring company guidelines are adhered to.
- Assisting in managing projects such as: legal panel tendering, budget control and processing for the department, document control, the annual review of the ROPA…etc.
- Coordinating and minuting confidential committees with discretion and producing follow-up documentation in a timely manner.
- Diary management using Outlook and ensuring manager is focusing on key aspects of manager's role
- Organising and managing travel arrangements: flights, rail tickets, accommodation and road transport as necessary with the production of comprehensive itineraries and packs for travel should they be needed.
- Liaising with a high number of senior people both internally and externally, ensuring discreet handling of all business
Profile:
The successful interim Executive Assistant will have at least 3 years experience working within an EA/PA function and will have had a proven track record of minute taking in meetings as well as a high level of organisation.
You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is a Financial Services firm based in London. You will work 3 days per week from their office and 2 days from home.
Salary & Benefits:
This immediate, temporary Executive Assistant role will be paying circa £230 per day- this is dependant on experience.
