Join one of the UK’s most established Wealth Management employers on an initial 3-month contract as an Executive Assistant, providing C-suite support to the Board of Directors. Working at pace and with precision, you’ll work to be reactive and resilient, managing inboxes, organising incredibly busy diaries, and handling highly confidential information with discretion.
Based onsite in the office in Central London, the role of Executive Assistant offers £25 per hour. The expected duration of this contract is 3 months. The hours of work are for 4 days a week, 9am – 5pm.
Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage the diaries of Directors, with confidence in prioritising conflicting appointments.
- Coordinate, prepare, and circulate meeting agendas, papers, and reports in advance of meetings.
- Ensuring the Directors and those attending meetings are fully briefed and prepared.
- Where required, attend meetings as minute taker and provide updates on queries and actions as appropriate.
- Support the wider team to organise meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for team members.
- Prepare expense claims for Directors.
To be considered for the role of Executive Assistant, you will need to have:
- Extensive PA/ EA experience supporting Board level/ C-suite/ Executive/Director level.
- Proven experience working on highly confidential matters and in a professional manner.
- Ability to confidently manage multiple diaries and inboxes, prioritising effectively.
- Confidence in working independently with minimal supervision.
- Innate flexibility and the ability to think on your feet
- Beneficial to have e xperience working within investment, asset management, or private equity firms.
The Role:
As Executive Assistant, you will provide direct executive administrative support to directors within the business. Facilitating the smooth running of operations, you will confidently and effectively manage their diaries, inboxes and travel arrangements, supporting with Board meetings whilst gaining valuable experience in a leading organisation.
You’ll be provided with full training to ensure you are able to work effectively and be part of a collaborative and supportive team. Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, have weekly pay and if you stay past 12 weeks of employment, benefit from a possible pay increase and be opted into our pension scheme. Many of our temporary workers have gone on to secure long term contracts or permanent roles with this employer.
