 EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT  Are you able to work in a fast-paced, complex and rapidly changing environment? Our client has two exciting 12-month fixed-term contract opportunities for an Executive Assistant to join a leading global banking platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact and shape executive operations, and gain exposure to our leadership team.  EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Providing proactive and strategic diary and time management for two executives, anticipating needs and optimising their schedules
  • Coordinating complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visas
  • Tracking expenses and processing invoices
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, filtering communications and prioritising requests
  • Partnering with the Chief of Staff to coordinate CSO priorities and projects
  • Building positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the wider office team with ad-hoc requests, including meeting coordination and logistics
  • Assisting in planning and implementing team events and offsites
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of executive operations
  EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 5 years as an EA supporting c-suite level executives
  • Must have experience working in a start-up
  • Experience working in the media or technology industries would be preferred
