- Organise extensive travel arrangements including all logistics
- Manage CEO’s schedule, being aware of business needs to effectively manage client prioritisation
- Support wider Executive team with events and meetings
- Correspond on behalf of the CEO and prepare documentation as required
- Attend meetings with the CEO and take minutes as needed
- Liaise with external stakeholders and investors
- Work with management team to ensure a smooth-running office
- Support with various projects and events as required
- Experience of supporting at C-Suite level desired
- Be adaptable and versatile in a start up environment.
- Be organised, able to prioritise and have meticulous accuracy
- Proven experience in coordinating events
- Fantastic interpersonal skills with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Desire to work within a collaborative team, all contributing to the interests of the business
