A logistics company in London is looking for a Japanese speaking Administrator to assist and expand their business.

You will be responsible for general office administration, including assisting the Director.

Business level of Japanese language skills will be required.

Administrator Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the director
  • Personnel administration
  • Telephone support and receptionist work.
  • Office management support (preparation of office rules, etc., support for various contract procedures and payments, etc.)
  • Disaster prevention management (periodic facility inspections, evacuation drills)
  • Support for procedures for new employees and retirees, issuing of security cards, etc.
  • General office administration
  • Management and ordering of equipment, office automation equipment, stationery, first-aid supplies and general consumables
  • Archive document management
  • Liaison with building management companies, building receptionists and other companies
  • Sending, receiving and distributing courier services and mail
  • Reception of business travellers from head office (e.g. restaurant, hotel and vehicle reservations)
  • Arranging business trips for expatriates (e.g. flight, hotel and vehicle reservations) and reimbursement of travel expenses

Administrator Ideal Candidate:

  • Administrative experience
  • Business level English and Japanese language skills
  • PC skills (Microsoft office)
  • Familiarity with British culture and customs
  • Flexibility to handle a variety of office administration tasks
