Part-Time Executive Assistant - London Bridge
- Part-Time: 4 days a week
- Hybrid: 2 days in the office
- Hours: 9:00 - 5:30
- Salary: £43,000 - Pro-Rata £34,400
- 6 Month Fixed term contract - with the potential to become a permanent role

Our client, a vibrant, well regarded and dynamic trade association is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Directors within their senior leadership team. As an integral member of their team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running and productivity of their departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Forward-plan, manage, and maintain the Directors' diaries, taking into account hybrid working arrangements and prioritising effectively.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and take minutes to ensure that all agenda items and actions are completed efficiently.
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel and accommodation plans for the Directors, ensuring all information is ready in advance.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing queries with professionalism and discretion.
- Event Coordination: Support major events like the ABTA Travel Convention, ensuring all logistics are seamless.
- Financial Support: Assist with expense reports and liaise with the Finance team to resolve queries.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous PA experience - supporting Senior Management
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong administrative skills, including diary planning and minute-taking
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues using your own initiative
- High level of professionalism and discretion
