We're hiring: Part-Time Family Legal PA (3 Days/Week) - Central London

OverviewWe're working in partnership with a well respected mid-sized law firm in Central London known for its strong reputation in private client and family law. They're looking to hire a Part-Time Legal PA to support their top-tier Family Law team, working three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday, 9:30am-5:30pm).

The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Legal PA to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to at least two fee earners. You'll also assist with wider departmental needs and occasionally handle client-billable tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary management, travel bookings, and meeting scheduling

  • Typing correspondence and document production (including Court bundles)

  • Managing client files, billing processes, and new matter creation

  • Liaising with clients and supporting with general case administration

  • Assisting with compliance processes and team file reviews

What They're Looking ForWe're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a legal secretary within family law

  • Strong knowledge of Family Court systems and procedures

  • Fast, accurate typing and advanced MS Office skills

  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • The ability to work independently and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Formal secretarial training (e.g. ILEX) is a plus but not essential. Familiarity with the Family Court portal is highly advantageous.
