PERSONAL ASSISTANTOur client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support at a senior director level. The role involves managing day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations, and anticipating requirements in advance. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-focused, and capable of planning and coordinating tasks to support senior leadership and contribute to the effective running of the business.  PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Proactively manage complex calendars, prioritising meetings and tasks to optimise time and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation in line with policy, manage changes efficiently, and prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of supported leaders.
  • Organise internal and external meetings and events, handling logistics, materials, and video conferencing, while ensuring senior leaders are fully prepared.
  • Act as a first point of contact by managing communications, redirecting where appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions and requests.
  • Provide high-level administrative support on projects and tasks, including document preparation, data collation, and maintaining shared resources.
  • Coordinate regular team meetings, 1:1s, and planning sessions, supporting effective collaboration across senior leadership and wider teams.
  • Assist other executives during absences, manage office logistics, and respond flexibly to changing business needs and priorities.
  PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • A minimum of 3 years working as a Personal Assistant in the United Kingdom
