PERSONAL ASSISTANT:Our clients are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for a 3-month temporary role supporting senior executives within a high-profile digital team. This position requires a minimum of four years’ experience supporting C-Suite or Director-level professionals, ideally within the media sector. You’ll provide proactive, high-level administrative support, manage complex schedules, and coordinate communications. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a leading broadcasting organisation.PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Managing back-to-back diaries for one of the heads of departments
  • Monitoring inboxes, flagging important emails and responding on behalf
  • Coordinating visa bookings and managing international and domestic travel
  • Processing expenses and invoicing
  • Assisting with projects and events
  • Organising and maintaining internal filing systems
  • Updating and managing internal CRM systems
  • Communicating clearly in a diverse environment, both verbally and in writing
PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Must be immediately available
  • Having experience as an assistant within the media, entertainment or creative industries
  • Demonstrating strong skills in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience supporting at the director level and above
  • Being based in the office three days per week and showing flexibility
