We’re currently seeking a proactive, reliable and highly organised Personal Assistant to join our busy Hendon-based head office and support our Administration Director.

About the RoleThis is a fast-paced and varied position suited to someone with at least 2 years of administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting professional letters and emails

  • Handling internal and external queries (phone/email)

  • Organising meetings, taking minutes, and managing schedules

  • Supporting HR processes including interview coordination

  • Issuing contracts and invoices

  • Managing filing, scanning, and photocopying tasks

  • Compiling quotes and assisting with tenders

  • Chasing payments and managing simple budgeting tasks

  • Assisting with payroll queries

  • General office support and any ad hoc duties required by the Administration Director

About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative/PA role

  • Outstanding written and spoken English

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively

  • Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines

  • A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
