About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will take charge of maintaining and managing our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring it meets the operational needs of our business. You will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance system efficiencies and optimise our sales and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Design and implement customised solutions, including process builder, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Provide timely support and training to users, ensuring they maximise the platform's potential.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend system upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform best practices and capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce tools, including Lightning, Process Builder, and Reports and Dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
