Our client requiores an experienced Senior Medical Secretary to manage the processes and medical secretaries & administration and provde administration support to the organisation.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage a team of medical secretaries
- Ensure billing processes are followed and monies are collected.
- Monitor all appointments and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients.
- Ensuring accurate information is recorded and diaries and patient appointments are organised efficiently.
- Liaise with other departments and ensure all documentation is correctly filed and stored
