- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team of approx 10
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard
- Handle travel arrangements and expense processing
- Maintain internal systems and ensure databases are up to date
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with team events, site visits and ad hoc projects
- Previous experience in an team administrative role, ideally within property or real estate
- Knowledge of InDesign or Canva is desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, proactive, and professional with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
