This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive individual looking to join a team within a collaborative, professional environment. You'll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly, managing a variety of administrative and organisational tasks.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team of approx 10
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense processing
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure databases are up to date
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with team events, site visits and ad hoc projects
About You:
  • Previous experience in an team administrative role, ideally within property or real estate
  • Knowledge of InDesign or Canva is desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident, proactive, and professional with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
