Team Assistant

Initial 6 month contract (with strong likelihood of converting to a permanent contract)

We are working with a high-end global investment company with stunning offices and onsite gym based in Mayfair.

This is a fantastic company with a diverse culture and a friendly collaborative team, it’s a corporate but friendly and sociable feel and you would support a busy team who really value your support and expertise.

The role is Team Assistant supporting a busy team of six including the MD who is also a global Head and requires Exec level support. The team are fun, friendly and busy and the work will see you motivated and challenged!

Duties include:

  • Coordinate global travel for the whole team
  • Management of multiple global diaries across time zones
  • Coordinate global departmental board meetings
  • Arrange a high volume of meetings and all associated logistics
  • Book restaurants, venues and meeting rooms
  • Process high volume of multi-currency expenses in a timely manner
  • Create high-quality documents using MS office
  • Build strong relationships with a range of key stakeholders - we need a real people person!
