Our client is looking for a highly organised and motivated Team Assistant to provide secretarial and junior PA support to senior leadership and wider teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in administrative support who is ready to take the next step in their career, developing skills in diary management, stakeholder coordination, and executive support.

The position is predominantly remote, but the successful candidate must be able to commute to London occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diary and meeting support to senior team members
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings (virtual and in-person), and manage logistics
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action points from meetings
  • Manage correspondence, including drafting and formatting documents and emails
  • Support with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense processing
  • Assist with onboarding processes and maintain internal records and documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Help coordinate team communications and small-scale project tasks

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Team Assistant, Secretary, or Junior PA role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
  • Self-starter with a professional, can-do attitude
