Wise May are looking for a Team Assistant to join this extremely busy Investment business in the City.

Provide team assistance to the London office including extensive travel management, providing first line administration support to the teams including managing expenses.

Team Assistant duties include:

  • Arranging complex and detailed international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Managing and preparing correspondence that is at times highly confidential.
  • Compiling meeting packs for internal and external meetings.
  • Proactive management of meetings and event management.
  • First point of contact for incoming correspondence and distribution of/managing queries to team, acting directly where appropriate.
  • Expense management and administration.
  • Ad-hoc support for other teams as required.

Team Assistant skills/experience:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including investment and support teams and external partners.
  • Resourceful and a cooperative team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing a complex diary and complex travel itineraries.
  • Takes pride in delivering clear knowledge and responses to queries.
