Our client, a successful established London based business, is seeking a permanent part-time Team Assistant. You’ll primarily support their Business Development Director, while also providing vital assistance to the CFO and Strategy Director. This is an environment where innovation meets opportunity.

In this part-time hybrid role, you’ll be the right-hand support to a dynamic, fast-paced leader. The salary for this role is £28K-£32K (pro-rata for 22.5 hours per week that is flexible across 5 days) and includes some great benefits. Team Assistant Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated PA support to the Business Development Director, CFO, and Strategy Director
  • Coordinate complex diary management and arrange meeting rooms or event venues
  • Handle sensitive information and communications with complete confidentiality and professionalism
  • Leverage digital tools and AI technologies to enhance workflows and operational efficiency
  • Support data collection, report preparation, presentation development, and document proofreading
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistant and Office Manager on team events while providing annual leave cover
Team Assistant Key Skills:
  • Proficient Microsoft Office user with keen interest in emerging technologies and innovation
  • Excellent communication abilities with strong diplomatic skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach
