Job Title: Food Production Operative - Meat DepartmentSalary: £12.50 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm (30 minutes unpaid break)This position requires someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively with a team to achieve daily goals. You may also be asked to assist with other production-based tasks as needed.Key Responsibilities:- Handle and process various meats (chicken, pork, beef, lamb)- Learn, operate, and monitor machinery safely and efficiently- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure hygiene standards- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to meet quality benchmarks- Perform additional production-related tasks as required- Work collaboratively with the team and independently to achieve daily targetsSkills and Qualifications Desired:- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities- Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with precise recipes- Ability to follow instructions and maintain concentration- Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities- Physical stamina and strength, as the role may involve heavy liftingIf you are interested, please apply online or contact your local Gi Group office for more information!
