Profile
A successful Head of Supply Chain should have:
- Proven expertise in supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management (Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, and Logistics processes).
