Residential Team Administrator

Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking to step into the dynamic world of property management? We’re seeking a confident and capable Residential Team Administrator to support a busy property management team in their day-to-day operations.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong multitasking skills, a calm head under pressure, and a professional approach when dealing with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

Maintenance Management

  • Be the first point of contact for tenants reporting maintenance issues.
  • Log calls, raise work orders, and liaise with approved contractors.
  • Follow up to ensure repairs are completed satisfactorily.
  • Conduct post-repair satisfaction calls when required.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with tenancy agreements, deposit registrations, and compliance documentation.
  • Scan, file, and manage records within a property management database.
  • Help maintain the health & safety register for the property portfolio.
  • Manage both incoming and outgoing post and team correspondence.

Diary & Schedule Management

  • Manage team diaries and book appointments/viewings as required.
  • Coordinate keys and maintain tracking systems.

Finance Admin

  • Process supplier invoices and escalate for approval.
  • Request quotes for repair and maintenance work.

Reception & General Office Duties

  • Welcome office visitors and handle incoming calls.
  • Keep office spaces tidy and manage office supplies/equipment.
  • Support the team with general admin as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Clear, confident communicator – both spoken and written.
  • Friendly, professional manner when dealing with the public.
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Qube is a bonus.
