Your new companyThis leading high-end propertyconsultancy company is looking for a Team Administrator to the propertymanagement division of the business.Your new role

  • Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organising team nights out and coordinating events.
  • Coordinate liaison with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure all property management activities comply with laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of property transactions and tenant agreements.
  • Provide training and support to new team members, monitor team performance, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a team administration position within the property or construction space.
  • Some level of property management exposure is ideal but not essential.
  • Polite, professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint)
