- Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organising team nights out and coordinating events.
- Coordinate liaison with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure all property management activities comply with laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of property transactions and tenant agreements.
- Provide training and support to new team members, monitor team performance, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a team administration position within the property or construction space.
- Some level of property management exposure is ideal but not essential.
- Polite, professional and friendly phone manner.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint)
