Business Analyst – Insurance Sector – London / Hybrid

A fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a well-established and growing insurance provider based near Bank station in the City of London. Offering a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home), the role offers a salary of £50,000 plus a superb benefits package.

The company has been operating globally for over 100 years and has a presence in key European cities. With a specialist focus on liability insurance, they are recognised for their financial strength and expert underwriting.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes and functional requirements.

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and meetings to gather business needs.

  • Translate user requirements into clear documentation for development teams.

  • Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions.

  • Support QA testing and assist teams during implementation.

What Experience is Required

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance, ideally within the London Market.

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary of £50,000 per annum.
