The Opportunity

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying inefficiencies, enhancing workflows, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in process analysis and optimisation within a regulated financial environment to make a real, lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion structured process management frameworks across business functions
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive collaborative improvement initiatives
  • Promote best practice use of process and knowledge management tools (e.g. Confluence, Runthru)
  • Conduct annual process reviews and support audit readiness activities
  • Deliver targeted improvements in alignment with business and regulatory priorities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and meaningful process documentation (BPMN preferred)
  • Partner with automation teams to shape requirements for low-code/digital solutions
  • Advocate for continuous improvement mindsets and help build internal capability

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in process improvement or business excellence, ideally within financial services or consulting
  • Practical experience with process documentation methodologies, such as BPMN
  • Confident using tools like Confluence, and comfortable navigating complex environments
  • A natural collaborator who can influence stakeholders and champion best practices
  • Analytical, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a dynamic team
  • Excellent communicator - able to distil complex processes into clear, accessible formats
  • Curious, proactive, and committed to delivering high-impact outcomes
