The Opportunity
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying inefficiencies, enhancing workflows, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in process analysis and optimisation within a regulated financial environment to make a real, lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion structured process management frameworks across business functions
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive collaborative improvement initiatives
- Promote best practice use of process and knowledge management tools (e.g. Confluence, Runthru)
- Conduct annual process reviews and support audit readiness activities
- Deliver targeted improvements in alignment with business and regulatory priorities
- Develop and maintain accurate and meaningful process documentation (BPMN preferred)
- Partner with automation teams to shape requirements for low-code/digital solutions
- Advocate for continuous improvement mindsets and help build internal capability
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in process improvement or business excellence, ideally within financial services or consulting
- Practical experience with process documentation methodologies, such as BPMN
- Confident using tools like Confluence, and comfortable navigating complex environments
- A natural collaborator who can influence stakeholders and champion best practices
- Analytical, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a dynamic team
- Excellent communicator - able to distil complex processes into clear, accessible formats
- Curious, proactive, and committed to delivering high-impact outcomes
