Our client is a renowned Media & Entertainment business that is on the way to becoming a household name, their core focus sits within distribution and production. With turnover currently at £100m, they are on course to double this next year with exciting projects, fundraising, and acquisitions. Having just received fundraising, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-growth scale up in the entertainment industry.
The company operates a hybrid working policy with 4 days expected within their Central London offices, and 1 at home.

The Role
As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Corporate Investment and Investment Directors with investor/stakeholder reporting, FP&A, and film finance processes. This will include preparing packs and reports for shareholder updates, reforecasting, tracking and reporting KPI's, and business partnering with Heads of Department on their film slates. You'll also support on multiple capital raising and refinancing projects, as well as getting involved in the business' project pipelines. There are excellent opportunities to grow into this role and build relationships with investors, stakeholders, and members of the Senior Management Team within the business. There is great autonomy in the role and fantastic opportunity for progression as the business continues to scale.
This is an incredible opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment, or Banking related roles with a strong passion for TV and Film to take on their first role in an exciting industry. You'd be joining a team focused on mentorship and your own development and contribute to a business doing exceptionally well in the current market.

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports/presentations for shareholders and investors.
- Manage the quarterly reforecasting process and support budgeting activities.
- Update financial models to support forecasting and KPI tracking.
- Support valuations, due diligence, and capital raising/refinancing projects.
- Maintain co-financing models in collaboration with Commercial Finance teams
- Track financial performance of film and TV projects across the content slate, assessing projected value and progress in pipeline
- Monitor key commercial metrics and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with Investment Finance and Production teams on financial planning.
- Ad hoc tasks to support the Investment Directors/Head of Corporate Investment
What We Need to See (Essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years in Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment, or Banking related roles
- A passion for TV and Film!
What We'd Like to See (Bonus/Non-Essential)
- Previous experience to Media/TV/Film/Entertainment clients
Package: £45,000-£50,000 + bonus
Working Pattern: 4 days in-office, 1 day work from home
