This is a unique opportunity to join a leading shipping & logistics platform in a varied role; you'll be involved in all aspects of debt management, financial analysis, and internal/external reporting, supporting the Group's financing needs and helping maintain critical lender relationships.

Client Details

A leading global provider of transportation and storage solutions for bulk liquid chemicals, as well as a major player in aquaculture and logistics space.

Description

  • Prepare and submit reports for financial covenants and asset valuation.

  • Coordinate the delivery of quarterly and annual financial statements and five-year forecasts to lenders.

  • Support ESG-related debt reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with information undertakings and lender requirements.

  • Conduct financial analysis in support of new financing, refinancing, and prepayments.

  • Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders (e.g. Board of Directors) and external parties (e.g. lenders, bankers).

  • Support quarterly earnings processes and liquidity planning/forecasting.

  • Assist with deal closing requirements (e.g. KYC documentation, transaction deliverable).

  • Process relevant finance invoices.

  • Help develop internal tools and dashboards to monitor the debt portfolio.

Profile

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

  • Solid foundation in corporate finance and/or accounting.

  • Proven attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute across a broad set of responsibilities.

  • Experience in capital-intensive industries (e.g. shipping, energy, infrastructure).

  • Previous finance-related work experience beyond academic knowledge.

  • Genuine interest in capital markets and/or shipping and logistics sectors.

  • Strong Excel skills.

  • Ability to work with Power BI.
