We're partnering with a Financial Services Consultancy looking to hire an FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and commercial insight to contribute to strategic planning and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • Analyse financial results and KPIs to support business decisions.
  • Provide insights and commentary to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Support long-term planning and scenario analysis.

Requirements:

  • Part or fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
  • Previous experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role.
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; Power BI or similar a plus.
  • Confident communicator able to influence non-finance stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
