Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this strategic role will oversee a portfolio of high-profile, enterprise-wide change initiatives across multiple business areas and functions.
What you'll do:
- Drive the successful delivery of large-scale, complex change programmes.
- Build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders across business and technology.
- Lead the design and execution of a 3-year transformation roadmap.
- Provide direction, oversight and challenge to project and programme teams.
- Manage risks, benefits, and dependencies while fostering a culture of innovation.
