Interim Finance Analyst - Real Estate

Location: London (Hybrid)Duration: 3-6 months

Are you a data-driven finance pro who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments? We're recruiting an Interim Finance Analyst for a Private Equity-backed real estate company to work on a number of tasks. This is a project-heavy role that sits at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy - ideal for someone who knows their way around messy data and complex KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with the CFO and Head of FP&A on project and reporting requirements

  • Clean, consolidate, and structure "messy" financial and operational data across multiple systems

  • Build and refine financial models and reporting packs tailored for investor and board presentations

  • Analyse key commercial KPIs (e.g. occupancy rates, rental yield, lease churn) and distil insights

  • Support due diligence and valuation processes alongside external advisors and PE stakeholders

  • Drive improvements in data visibility and financial storytelling

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with asset managers, finance, and strategy teams

You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in real estate.

  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; bonus points for Anaplan experience

  • A sharp eye for turning chaotic data into clear, actionable insight

  • Comfort working under ambiguity with competing priorities and tight deadlines

  • A commercial mindset - you can tie the numbers back to the business story

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent), though experience will speak loudest here
