Cedar is currently partnered with a well-established Financial Services business to secure an Interim Senior FP&A Analyst, based in Central London. The role is offered as an initial 6-month contract, with a day rate ranging between £400-£500 per day.

The RoleAs Interim Senior FP&A Analyst, you will:* Support the Head of FP&A in delivering group-wide financial planning and analysis.* Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, partnering with divisional heads to provide insight and challenge.* Build robust financial models to inform strategic decision-making.* Deliver monthly performance reporting, including P&L analysis and variance commentary.* Support strategic initiatives and scenario modelling to assess investment and commercial opportunities.* Work cross-functionally to drive financial accountability and transparency across the business.* Assist in developing dashboard and reporting improvements to support senior stakeholders.
Your ProfileYou will ideally have:* A recognised accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA).* Strong FP&A or Commercial Finance experience within a Financial Services setting.* Excellent financial modelling and Excel/Power BI skills.* A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to analysis and problem solving.* Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.* Prior interim experience is advantageous, though not essential.* The day rate of £400-£500 reflects the level of responsibility and expertise expected for the role.
